Products are sourced from manufacturers who supply batch documentation as standard. A lot without paperwork does not enter stock, regardless of price or availability.

Five stages, in order. Each one produces a record, and those records are what ships alongside your order.

Intake and documentation
Each incoming lot is logged against its batch number, presentation and stated specification. That record is what the product page and the shipped documentation are both generated from, so the two cannot disagree.

Storage
Peptides are held lyophilised and cold until they are picked. Oil-based fitness compounds and the stimulate range are held at controlled room temperature, away from light. Storage conditions for each product are printed in its specification block.

Discreet packing
Orders are packed in plain outer packaging with no product detail on the label. Temperature-sensitive items ship in an insulated mailer with a cold pack.

Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is generated, and your order page updates as the status changes.
