Privacy policy

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and optionally a phone number and institution. If you pay by card, the card details are entered on our payment provider's own page. They never reach our servers, and we never see or store them.

Order records are retained for the period required by tax and licensing law, then deleted. Basket data is deleted after 60 days of inactivity.

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our shipping carrier and our payment provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Crypto payments settle on public blockchains. We store the receiving address, the expected amount and the transaction hash against your order. We do not attempt to identify wallet owners or link addresses across orders.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
