Ordering
Who can order from you?
Laboratories, universities and independent researchers. By ordering you confirm the material is for in-vitro laboratory research and that you may lawfully receive it where you are.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is guest only. You get a private link to track your order, and we never store a password for you.
Can I get a quote or an invoice for my institution?
Yes. Email the references and quantities and we will send a formal quote. Institutional purchase orders are accepted.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Until it ships, yes. Email us with the order number. Once the label is generated we cannot pull it back.
Quality
What purity do you release at?
99% minimum by reverse-phase HPLC. Batches below that are rejected, not discounted or relabelled.
Is the certificate specific to my batch?
Yes. It carries the batch number printed on your vial, the observed and theoretical mass, the purity figure and the chromatogram. Each production run gets its own document.
What does the chromatogram show?
The retention time and every impurity peak above the detection threshold. Together those confirm the material matches the reference standard for the compound, at the purity stated.
How do I verify what I received?
Match the batch number on the vial to the certificate linked from the product page. If they do not match, contact us before opening the vial and we will replace the order.
Handling
How should I store the vials?
Sealed and lyophilised at minus 20 degrees, protected from light. Once reconstituted, hold at 2 to 8 degrees and use within the window stated on the certificate. Aliquot rather than repeatedly freezing and thawing.
The vial looks empty. Is it?
No. Lyophilised peptide at these masses forms a very thin cake that is easy to miss against white glass. Fill weight is verified gravimetrically and stated on the certificate.
What do I reconstitute with?
Bacteriostatic water for multi-dose handling, sterile water for single use. Both are in the lab supplies category. Add the solvent slowly down the vial wall and swirl it. Do not shake.
Shipping
When does my order ship?
Same day for orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day. Everything ships lyophilised in an insulated mailer with a cold pack.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not currently. We ship across the EU, the UK and Switzerland.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer packaging and the vial before opening anything, then email us within 48 hours. Damaged or mis-shipped items are replaced at our cost.
Payment
Which methods do you take?
Card and Revolut Pay through Revolut Merchant, or cryptocurrency. Crypto skips the card processing fee and we pass part of that saving back at checkout.
How does paying in crypto work?
Pick your asset at checkout and we show an exact amount and address, valid for a fixed window. The amount is unique to your order, which is how we match your transaction and confirm it automatically once the network settles. Confirmations appear on your order page in real time.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Small shortfalls from sender-side fees are accepted automatically. For anything larger, email your order number and the transaction hash and we will settle it by hand.
Is my card data stored here?
No. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page. They never reach our servers.
